🔹 Working Hours

The internship is remote & flexible – you can work part-time hours that suit your schedule. However, dedication and consistent communication are essential. All interns are expected to contribute meaningfully during the internship duration.

🔹 Role Allocation

Your internship role and department will be assigned during the Induction Program, based on:

  • Your educational background
  • Your career interest
  • Performance in any assessments (if required)
  • Availability of placement slots

💡 Why Should I Pay for the Internship?

This internship itself is completely UNPAID — you don’t have to pay for training, experience, or certification.

However, if you are shortlisted, we require a small one-time commitment fee of just LKR 1,100 to:

  • ✅ Reserve your conference seat at the official induction (held at BMICH)
  • ✅ Confirm your commitment to the internship
  • ✅ Help us avoid last-minute no-shows and ensure smooth onboarding

⚠️ Important: We previously planned a higher payment, but based on feedback and requests from many candidates, we have completely removed any other fees. The LKR 1,100 is the only amount required — simply for seat confirmation and induction arrangements.

🔹 Induction Program

The official induction will be held at BMICH, Colombo between June 6th – 20th, 2025 (exact date to be informed). This session is mandatory, as it includes:
